HC dismisses plea in search of grounding of SpiceJet flights over glitches

The Delhi High Court Monday rejected a petition in search of instructions to cease operations of SpiceJet in wake of the rising variety of air security incidents with the low-cost airline. The courtroom stated the DGCA, which has already taken word of the incidents, will likely be free to proceed within the matter.

The division bench of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Subramonium Prasad stated the Aircraft Act supplies for a strong mechanism for plane trade and the courtroom can not cease an airline from working on the premise of the averments made within the public curiosity litigation.
