‘Front-loading’ capex: FM meets ministries, PSUs

Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday impressed on numerous ministries to “front-load” their capital expenditure to stimulate progress, as she reviewed the progress of key infrastructure initiatives in addition to the tempo of capex with prime authorities and PSU officers.
