Double taxation: NRIs, international nationals can submit particulars by March 31

The Finance Ministry on Wednesday mentioned NRIs and international nationals caught in India as a result of Covid-19 pandemic and dealing with double taxation can submit the small print to the Income Tax Department by March 31 to avail aid.
In a round, the CBDT mentioned that if any particular person is dealing with double taxation even after making an allowance for the aid supplied by the related Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA), he/she could furnish the desired info electronically by thirty first March, 2021, to the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (International Taxation).
