The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has awarded a contract to a Chinese firm, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Company Limited, for the development of a 5.6-kilometre underground stretch, from New Ashok Nagar to Sahibabad, of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS mission.
