The pervasive issue of child exploitation in Pakistan’s Sindh province has reached a critical point, with reports indicating that approximately 1.3 million children are victims of modern-day slavery. These children, some as young as five, endure harsh labor conditions that rob them of their youth and future prospects. This widespread suffering occurs even as national leaders engage in public forums, highlighting a critical oversight in addressing the plight of the most vulnerable. Immediate and decisive action is imperative to rescue these children and dismantle the systems perpetuating their enslavement.
