Following the Indian Army’s operation in May 2025, which destroyed a Lashkar-e-Taiba camp in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), the group is rebuilding in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This new 4,600-square-foot camp, near the Jamia Ahle Sunnat mosque, is expected to be ready by December and may serve as a hub for anti-India activities. The camp’s management is under the control of three experienced terrorists, each known for their involvement in previous terror acts.
Nasar Javed, the leader, masterminded the 2007 Hyderabad blasts. He will run the camp, control the terrorist network, and handle tasks such as funding and recruitment, and creating modules. He is also focused on training new terrorists. The 2007 Hyderabad blasts included an explosion at the Makka Masjid in May, which killed 13, and a second blast in August, which resulted in 35 deaths.
