Israeli Airstrikes in Yemen Claim Lives, Target Houthi Infrastructure

Israeli forces conducted aerial attacks on Houthi rebel targets in Sana'a, Yemen, on Sunday, leading to casualties. The strikes resulted in 6 fatalities and 86 injuries. The primary targets included a building, a power plant, and a gas station located in the heart of Sana'a. This incident follows a pattern of Israeli military actions directed at the Iran-supported Houthi rebels, initiated after the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war on October 7, 2023.

Social media platforms have featured videos purportedly capturing the attacks, showcasing thick black smoke emanating from damaged buildings and a visible explosion. However, these videos have not been independently verified.
