A shocking fraud case from Punjab highlights an elaborate immigration scheme. The incident began when a man attempting to get a visa to the UK faced denial, later learning that his wife had been falsely linked to 15 husbands. The situation unfolded as an immigration company misused the woman’s identity documents to send 15 men to England, fabricating her marital status. The woman residing in England was subsequently arrested, despite her complete ignorance of the scam. Her actual husband lives in Rajpura, Punjab. The fraud was masterminded by a couple involved in an immigration business. They illegally used the documents of the victim and his wife to facilitate the travel of 15 men to England, falsely representing them as her husbands. This deception led to the woman’s arrest. The wronged husband, Bhinder Singh, filed a complaint with the Rajpura police against the couple. Bhinder Singh’s goal was to join his wife in England alongside his son. His wife had offered sponsorship, and he paid the immigration company (Prashant and Ruby) ₹5.90 lakh, but his visa was not obtained.
