Kharkiv, Ukraine, has faced a series of violent Russian attacks, resulting in the deaths of multiple civilians and widespread damage. The strikes, including missiles, drones, and aerial bombs, were described as the most powerful since the start of the full-scale war. Mayor Igor Terekhov reported numerous explosions. The attacks are believed to be a response to a Ukrainian drone operation. The attacks hit residential areas and a children’s railway. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has denounced the attacks as terrorism and called for increased international pressure on Russia to end the conflict.
