9 killed after civilian aircraft crashes in Port Sudan airport

Nine have been killed, together with 4 navy personnel, after a civilian aircraft crashed in Port Sudan airport resulting from a technical failure, the Sudanese military stated on Sunday.

The military added in an announcement {that a} feminine little one survived the crash.

The Antonov aircraft malfunctioned because it was taking off earlier than crashing, it added.
