Apple to Launch AI Search Tool to Rival ChatGPT and Perplexity

Apple is rumored to be developing an AI-powered search tool, potentially to challenge the dominance of ChatGPT and Perplexity. The company is investing heavily in AI, and its new tool, anticipated to launch next year, will aim to provide detailed answers and summarize information, utilizing user's personal data for a more customized experience. This development comes amidst rumors of Apple's interest in acquiring Perplexity, although no agreement has been reached. This tool is designed to offer comprehensive information, similar to that provided by current AI leaders. The company will integrate the tool across its ecosystem, including Siri, Safari, and Spotlight.
