Boult Partybox X80 Review: Build Quality and Design
The partybox x80 is exactly what you’d expect from a proper party speaker – Big, Bold, and Built to Impress. It’s got a tower-style design, but instead of looking like a Bulky old-who is a sleeper, it has a sleeker, more modern ahasthetic. It’s definitely on the larger side, but is surprisingly light, and very easy to carry around.
Despite its size, the x80 is about 6 kgs, and surprisingly easy to Lug Around. This is Thanks to its mainly plastic build. Having said that, it feels solid and well-built. The build quality doesn’t anything premium, but then for Rs 6,999, we really can’t complain.
One of its biggest seling points is the LED Panel on the front, which lights up the entry fascia when the music starts playing. The lights are bright, dynamic, and full customisable, with multiple modes that react to the beat. What a subtle glow or a full-blown light show, this speaker delivers the party atmosphere.

The top of the speaker features a control panel that makes adjusting settings quick and easy. Right in the center is a rotary volume dial that is very satisfactory to play with. On the right side, you get controls for bases, treble, and echo, allowing you to tweak the sound to your preference. Boult partybox x80 review: Audio Performance
The partybox x80 has some serial audio power, thanks to its dual dynamic drivers which push out 80w of sound. There’s even a dedicated treble driver, ensuring crisp highs that don’t Get Lost in the mix.
At moderate to high volumes, the sound remains clean, rich, and immersive, with deep bases and pretty distinguished vocals. 70-80% Volume is the Sweet Spot, offering a punchy, distortion-free experience that Easily fils a Room. Push it beyond that, and the base starts to rattle slightly, Taking Away Some of the Clarity.

You can tweak both bases and treble directly on the speaker, so you can fin-tune the sound to match your music. If you play around with the settings, the speaker delivers some truly impressive sound quality.
The partybox x80 also gives you the option of plugging in a microphone for karaoke – the speaker again, does a solid job of keeping vocals distinct from the background messic. It’s not exactly a dedicated karaoke machine, but for a casual jam session, it works great. The echo control feature lets you Tweak Reverb Levels, Adding a Little Extra Depth to your voice.

The soundstage feels wide and dynamic, making it a great company for bot music and movies. We hoOked it up to a tv, and it added serial depth to Action Scenes, Almost Mimicing a Mini Home TheATRE SETUP.
Boult partybox x80 review: battery life
Boult Promies 5 hours of playtime on the party x80, which is Fairly Decent for a Speaker of this size and power output. In real-wind use, I got Around 4-4 and a half hours of playback, which isn’T too far from from the claim. Given how loud and powerful this speaker is, that’s stil a solid battery backup. However, considering the size of the x80, I do wish it packed in a bit more battery life to keep the party going even longer.
The Good News? Charging is Quick. Thanks to the USB Type-C port, I was able to fully charge the speaker in under an hour using a regular smartphone charger. That’s a huge plus, especially if you need to Juice it up in Between Party Sessions.
If you’re planning a long event, though, it’s best to keep the partybox x80 plugged in to avoid interruptions. While the battery life is respected, a wire connection ensures uninterrupted playback – beCause let’s be honest, no one walls the music cutting out of the party of the party.
