Zoho has launched Vani, a new AI-powered collaboration platform, designed to enhance teamwork and streamline office tasks. The platform is aimed at modern teams, with a particular focus on small businesses. Vani provides tools for co-creating mind maps, diagrams, and workflows on an infinite whiteboard. Features include integrated video calling, a comments panel, project timelines, DB tables, and pre-designed templates. It incorporates generative AI for content creation and summarization. Vani operates on the core principles of Visualize, Collaborate, and Execute, helping teams transform complex discussions into clear visuals. This launch follows the Ministry of Education’s recommendation to use Zoho Office Suite. The new features encompass an infinite whiteboard for brainstorming, mind maps for strategic planning, sticky notes and sketches, diagrams and flowcharts, DB tables for organized data, and a workflow feature for task management and tracking.
