Apple is set to launch its new products on September 9, featuring the next generation of iPhones, updated smartwatches, and accessories. This event is a crucial step for Apple as it seeks to compete with other tech giants. With limited AI enhancements in the latest iOS, the company is emphasizing hardware improvements to retain its customer base. The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will receive significant design updates, including enhanced camera features. The iPhone Air will be another highlight, with an extremely thin profile.
The launch will showcase four new iPhone models, excluding the SE model. The iPhone Air will be particularly notable, at only 5.5mm thick. This reduction in size may impact battery life and include a single rear camera. The iPhone 17 Air will come with the A19 processor, a 6.6-inch screen, a USB-C port, ProMotion, and eSIM-only support, as well as Apple’s in-house Wi-Fi chip and C1 modem. The iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max will switch back to an aluminum frame for enhanced heat dissipation and weight reduction. The standard iPhone 17 will feature a larger 6.3-inch screen, along with new chip, ProMotion, and Qualcomm modems. The company will also introduce new accessories, including redesigned cases and a cross-body strap. Additionally, the Apple Watch Series 11 is expected to feature a larger screen and new health features.
