Numerous images have surfaced from China, and have been featured by various news outlets. An unboxing video from China has recently been released, providing a detailed look at the final design of the device and the contents included in the Chinese retail box.
The video was published by President Louis Lee, offering an official unboxing experience. The OnePlus red box with black lettering is shown, confirming the company’s continued use of its existing logo and marketing fonts.
The video displays the phone’s accessories, including a charger, a red cable, and a color-matched case. It remains unclear whether all markets will receive the same box contents, but the Indian version may be similar.
The video showcases the phone in the new “Sandstorm” color, with a micro-arc oxidation process that applies a ceramic coating over the metal frame. More colors will be available beyond the ceramic shade displayed in the video.
OnePlus has recently announced the global launch, though the specific dates for most regions are still pending. Reports suggest that October 27 will be the launch date in China, based on an official screenshot.
