Launched in April 2025, the CMF Buds 2, a product of Nothing’s sub-brand, are priced at Rs 2,699 (equivalent to $60 internationally). The earbuds come equipped with 48 dB hybrid ANC, Dirac Opteo tuning, and offer a 25-hour battery life. These earbuds are placed in the mid-tier of CMF’s TWS range, sitting between the cheaper Buds 2a and the higher-end Buds 2 Plus. The design features a square charging case with rounded corners, constructed from matte PC + ABS material. The earbuds have an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. The sound quality is enhanced by 11 mm PMI drivers and Dirac Opteo tuning, which delivers a bass-heavy sound profile. The Nothing X app enables users to customize sound with a three-band EQ, Ultra Bass 2.0, and Dirac Opteo presets. Connectivity is facilitated through Bluetooth 5.4, incorporating Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. Call quality is supported by six HD microphones and Clear Voice Technology 3.0. The CMF Buds 2 excel in battery performance, providing up to 13.5 hours of playback per bud without ANC and a total of 55 hours with the case. With ANC turned on, users can expect 8.5 hours of use from the earbuds, extending to 30 hours when including the charging case.
