OpenAI has released ChatGPT Go, a new subscription plan that brings enhanced ChatGPT features to users in India at an affordable price. The new plan, costing ₹399 per month, significantly upgrades the free tier, offering users expanded capabilities. The features include ten times higher message limits, image generation capabilities, and file upload capacity, alongside double the memory of the free plan. Nick Turley announced the launch on X. The ChatGPT Go subscription includes extended access to GPT-5, enhanced image generation capabilities, extended file upload limits, and advanced data analysis. To subscribe, users can log in to their ChatGPT account, click the profile icon, and choose the ‘Try GO’ option. Payment is supported through credit card or UPI. Subscribers can cancel the plan at any time. Note that the plan does not include GPT-4o or Sora video creation, which are available in higher-tier subscriptions.
