Apple India is reinforcing its commitment to the Indian market with a new office space in Bengaluru, leasing 2.7 lakh square feet. This long-term commitment involves a ten-year lease agreement. The monthly rent is set at ₹6.3 crore, which translates to a total expenditure of approximately ₹1000 crore over the duration of the lease, as indicated by Propstack.
Apple has finalized the lease deal with Embassy Group, inclusive of car parking provisions. The lease agreement was signed on April 3, 2025, and covers a period of 120 months.
Substantial Financial Commitment
Propstack’s analysis of the lease registration documents reveals that Apple’s total investment over the ten years will exceed ₹1000 crore, encompassing rent, parking, and maintenance costs. The lease covers floors 5 through 13 in the Embassy Zenith building, with a security deposit of ₹31.57 crore. The rent will be ₹235 per square foot, with an annual increase of 4.5%. The company’s continued investment indicates its focus on the Indian market.

Apple is leading the mobile phone exports from India with exports of iPhones worth approximately ₹1.5 lakh crore in the financial year 2024-25. The company’s expansion in India indicates a rising rate of growth.
