Young crocodile crawls into Odisha’s Kandulibeda village, rescued

JEYPORE: A juvenile crocodile was rescued after venturing into Kandulibeda village beneath Gupteswar forest vary in Koraput on Wednesday. Though a sizeable crocodile inhabitants inhabits Kolab river and reservoir in Jeypore, that is the primary occasion of 1 straying onto land.

The villagers noticed it within the morning and reported to the native forest officers who rescued the animal. Later, a crew led by Jeypore ACF SC Khuntia launched the crocodile in Saberi river by Ramgiri forest. Jeypore DFO NSJP Singh stated, an in depth watch is being maintained on the crocodiles.
