Lucknow. In the matter of recruitment of 69000 teachers in primary schools, the candidates who were deprived of appointment are continuously agitating for their demands. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has attacked BJP regarding this. He said that the 69,000 teacher recruitment scam of UP is a proof of the anti-reservation mentality of BJP.

Rahul Gandhi wrote on social media that UP’s 69,000 teacher recruitment scam is proof of BJP’s anti-reservation mentality. By ignoring the Basic Education Rules, 1981 and Reservation Rules, 1994, the BJP government snatched away the rights of Dalits and backward classes. The aggrieved students met me and told that in this recruitment, OBC category got only 3.86% reservation instead of 27% and SC category got only 16.6% reservation instead of 21%. This irregularity is related to about 19 thousand posts and not preparing the original list brings this entire recruitment process under suspicion. The list of 6,800 candidates whose list was prepared after the report of the National Backward Classes Commission, has also been struggling for appointment for two years. Playing with the reservation process is a serious matter. I support these youth who are fighting for their rights, this entire matter should be investigated and they should get justice.
