Noida Authority CEO Ritu Maheshwari didn’t get reduction from Supreme Court, challenged the order of Allahabad HC

Noida: Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of Noida Authority, has obtained a serious setback from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has refused to offer an expeditious listening to on his petition. In truth, the Noida Authority CEO had challenged the choice of the Allahabad High Court within the Supreme Court. The Allahabad High Court had ordered a deduction of Rs 10,000 from the wage of Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, throughout the listening to of the contempt petition. The High Court had directed to adjust to this order by 6 February. The evaluation petition was filed by the CEO on the order of the High Court. Had appealed to Allahabad High Court to withdraw the order. When there was a setback from the High Court, the Noida Authority CEO reached the Supreme Court. There too, they haven’t acquired fast reduction.

The Supreme Court has refused an early listening to on Ritu Maheshwari’s petition. Hearing the petition of Ritu Maheshwari, Chief Justice DY Chandrachud mentioned that we’ll hear on February 24 in an everyday method. The Allahabad High Court had ordered a deduction of Rs 10,000 from the wage of Ritu Maheshwari within the contempt case. Noida CEO and IAS officer Ritu Maheshwari was indicted by the Supreme Court in December after the Allahabad High Court quashed the non-bailable warrant towards Maheshwari.

What is the entire matter?
The Allahabad High Court had sentenced the CEO of the Greater Noida Development Authority for not complying with the order of the High Court inside the prescribed time restrict. Expressing displeasure over the CEO’s affidavit, the courtroom of Justice Piyush Aggarwal mentioned that the order was not being complied with. In truth, the development work was happening by Devsai Construction to develop the Sportshome venture in Greater Noida West. In this case, he had requested the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to replace the constructing plan.

After the appliance was rejected by Devsai Construction, the High Court was moved. The High Court ordered to take a choice on this matter by December. When no motion was taken, Devsai Construction as soon as once more reached the High Court. In this case, registering a contempt case towards Ritu Maheshwari, an order was issued to deduct Rs 10,000 from her wage.
