1 min readNew Delhi/Prayagraj: A listening to was held within the Supreme Court at present within the homicide case of Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf. During the listening to, the Supreme Court mentioned that we’re at the moment checking whether or not there’s a system failure on this? The Supreme Court gave time to the petitioners to reply to the affidavit of the UP authorities. Now the matter shall be heard on July 14. The Uttar Pradesh authorities has filed an affidavit within the Supreme Court. The standing report was filed on Vishal Tiwari’s petition looking for a court-monitored probe into the homicide.
