SC to look at if partner’s refusal to acknowledge schizophrenia and refusing therapy might be floor for divorce

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has determined to look at whether or not a spouse’s denial of her alleged paranoid schizophrenia and her refusal to be subjected to medical therapy can quantity to the bottom of “cruelty” for divorce.

The Supreme Court on Friday stayed the divorce granted by Kerala High Court to the person. He divorced his spouse accusing her of affected by paranoid schizophrenia and refused to get therapy.
