Puri: In a surprising incident, a youth has been brutally attacked by some unknown miscreants close to railway station in Puri final evening.

The injured man, recognized as Liku Subudhi, an auto driver.

Sources say, Liku was closely drunk and was abusing everybody close to the railway station ,when some unidentified miscreants attacked him with a pointy weapon from behind, following which he fell unconscious.

Some folks noticed him mendacity in a pool of blood and knowledgeable the ambulance and rushed him instantly to the hospital for medical help.

His well being situation has deteriorated and he has been admitted within the hospital for additional therapy.

On receiving info, the Kumbharpada police reached the spot and have began an investigation.
