One Killed In Attack By Villagers In Odisha’s Balangir – ODISHA BYTES

Balangir: One individual was killed in a violent assault by a bunch of villagers over previous enmity within the district on Saturday.

According to sources, the store of Dhanamata Raut of Jarasingha village beneath Deogaon police limits was completely burnt down a couple of days again. Suspecting involvement of Karna Suna and Sripati Bhesara of neighbouring Harijanapada village, Dhanamata allegedly attacked them.
Though Karna and Sripati had been rushed to Bhima Bhoi Medical College & Hospital within the city, the latter succumbed to accidents. Enrage over his dying, a bunch of villagers from Harijanapada attacked Dhanamanta and his members of the family with sharp weapons on Saturday.

On being knowledgeable, police rushed to the village and located Dhanamanta lifeless. They have launched a manhunt to hint the absconding Harijanapada villagers concerned within the incident.
Additional police forces have been deployed in Jarasingha village to forestall any untoward incident.
