Mystery over demise of ladies in Tohra village, Odisha

UMERKOTE: Mystery continues to shroud the demise of three women together with two minors who had been discovered hanging from a tree at Dangariguda Sahi in Tohra village below Umerkote block of Nabarangpur district on Saturday night.
On Sunday, a forensic crew reached the spot the place our bodies of the ladies had been noticed by villagers. Sub-divisional police officer of Umerkote Dinesh Nayak stated the post-mortem report is awaited to establish the precise reason for the deaths. Police are investigating the case from all angles.
Villagers suspect that the ladies dedicated suicide. On Saturday evening, locals discovered our bodies of the trio, which included a 21-year-old, hanging from a tree close to the village.
