State Bureau, Naiduniya, Bhopal. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has taken seriously the incident of rape of a three-year-old girl by a school teacher in Kamalanagar police station area of Bhopal.
He directed Chief Secretary Veera Rana to discuss with the Chief Justice and get the case resolved quickly by hearing it in a special court and ensuring severe punishment for the incident.
Collector Kaushlendra Vikram Singh has formed an investigation team comprising the District Education Officer, Women and Child Development, while Police Commissioner Harinarayanchari Mishra has formed the SIT.
The police is investigating the CCTV footage of the school. The medical examination of the girl has also been done, the report of which is awaited. On the other hand, the state Congress has alleged that the law and order situation in the state has collapsed due to this incident.
The Chief Minister said in a video message that a case of rape of a three-year-old girl by school teacher Qasim Rehan has come to my notice. I condemn the brutal incident and have given instructions to take strict action in the case.
Chief Secretary Veera Rana has said that meet the Chief Justice and try to get this matter resolved in the Special Court as soon as possible.
The government will ensure justice for the daughter by ensuring the strictest punishment in this case. Meanwhile, School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh said that the accused has been arrested. He will be given severe punishment. Also, action will be taken against the school management.
