40 cattle died due to trailer overturning in Gumla

Trailer Overturning In Gumla:- About 40 cattle animals died after a trailer overturned in Palkot police station area under Gumla district of Jharkhand. More than 100 cattle were loaded on a big cargo trailer. The trailer went out of control and crashed on Ganjai bridge near Semra forest. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police team of Palkot police station reached the spot under the leadership of station in-charge Anil Linda. Work is going on to rescue the animals buried under the trailer.

It is being told that at least 40 cattle have died. This figure may increase further. As soon as information about the incident was received, a large number of people gathered. It is being told that two trailers were linked together and both were filled with animals. It is suspected that the animals were being transported through smuggling. It is not known from where the animals were being brought and where they were planning to send them. The police is investigating the entire matter. The driver also suffered serious injuries when the trailer overturned. On receiving information about the incident, workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal and other organizations also reached the spot. (IANS)
