THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan stated that if the ordinance despatched to Raj Bhavan by the CPI(M)-led authorities was meant to focus on him, then he won’t sit in judgement over it and would refer the identical to the President.
