Compulsory RT-PCR for Kumbh Mela returnees as COVID-19 second wave sweeps Odisha

Stating that the returnees must strictly adhere to Covid protocols, the SRC requested the collectors and municipal commissioners to report back to Health division and SRC workplace every day.
