Cold Wave To Prevail For Next 24 Hours In Odisha | OTV News

Bhubaneswar: After a short spell of heat climate, chilly climate circumstances have returned to brush Odisha as minimal temperature dropped at many locations within the inside components of the State on Saturday. Similar circumstances will prevail for the subsequent 24 hours, stated the Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar.

Shallow to average fog is predicted happen at one or two locations in Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Bolangir, Nawarangpur, Boudh, Nayagarh, Khordha, Puri, Jagatsinghpur and Cuttack on January 18.
However, the dry climate is most probably to prevail over the districts of the State until January 21.
Special Relief Commissioner PK Jena in a letter to all of the district collectors had advised that police and transport officers might take crucial steps for managed plying of autos on highways in the course of the dense fog to keep away from highway accidents.
