RERA gave instructions to Collector Raipur to conduct development work in blocked development real estate projects

The Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has advertised facilities in brochures (road works, sewer lines and HTPs, power distribution lines, under ground tanks and tube wells, gardens, childrens play, by two real estate promoters of Raipur district.     According to the information received from the Registrar of Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Regulation of Real Estate Sector was formed with the objective of bringing transparency and efficiency in this sector and protecting the interests of consumers, according to the information received from the Registrar of Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has gone. From the complaints presented before the Authority, it has come to the notice of the Authority that the promoter Vatsalya Builders Pvt. Permission has been obtained in the year 2015 by the Director Mr. Prafulla Purushottam Rao Gadge to develop a plot real estate project named Vatsalya Gaurav in Gram-Seoni, Tehsil-Abhanpur. The promoter has sold plots in the disputed project to many consumers from the year 2011-12 to 2014-15. But the facilities advertised in the brochure by the promoter till date today (road works, sewer lines and HTP, power distribution lines, under ground tanks and tube wells, gardens, Development of Children Play Area, Temple, Boundarywall and Electrification work) has not been done. Therefore, the Authority while hearing all the complaints submitted before the authority related to the said project, in the writ case number 940/2017, “Vikram Chatterjee and others against Union of India and others” by the Supreme Court on 23 July 2019.The following orders have been passed against the promoter as per the instructions issued in relation to stalle d projects.
