On Monday, the social media fame filed a criticism with Mumbai Airport Police Station in opposition to the 23-year-old cricketer and his good friend, Ashish Yadav, whose automobile’s windshield was broken in a scuffle between them and her through the selfie controversy.

This comes after Sapna Gill walked out of Mumbai Police custody on being granted bail by the Justice of the Peace. SAPNA GILL’S FRESH COMPLAINT AGAINST PRITHVI SHAW

The influencer’s criticism has been registered underneath sections 34 (prison act with widespread intention), 120B (prison conspiracy), 146 (rioting), 148 (rioting with armed weapons), 149 (illegal meeting offence dedicated in prosecution), 323 (voluntarily inflicting damage), 324 (voluntarily inflicting damage by harmful weapons), 351 (use of prison pressure), 354 (outrage of modesty) and 509 (benefit of proximity, gesture to outrage modesty) of the Indian Penal code.

Sapna Gill acknowledged that she had gone to a membership on February 15 once they had seen the cricketer in an allegedly inebriated situation. Her criticism acknowledged that her good friend named Shobhit Thakur approached Shaw for a selfie. Shaw allegedly met Thakur with “instant hostility” and he even “forcefully took her friend’s phone and damaged it by throwing it violently on the floor”, she has alleged.

Stating that she was not an avid cricket fan, Sapna Gill mentioned that she didn’t know who Shaw was however the way in which all of them had been allegedly “beating up” Thakur, she intervened and begged them to not assault her good friend.

At the time, Shaw allegedly inappropriately touched Sapna Gill and pushed her, as per her allegations. Sapna Gill additionally claimed that she advised the cricketer and his buddies that she would register a criticism with the police when Shaw and others “literally begged” her and requested her to not provoke a criticism. It was solely due to their plea that she determined to indicate “mercy” and never register the case on the time, she has mentioned.

Meanwhile, Prithvi Shaw has slapped a case of extortion in opposition to Sapna Gill.

Speaking about it, Sapna Gill mentioned, “They are saying that I have asked for Rs 50,000. What is 50,000 these days? I can make two reels and earn that much in a day. At least, the allegation should have been of a certain level.”

After the case was registered by Shaw’s good friend Yadav, Gill was arrested on February 17 and it was owing to those developments that her criticism was delayed, Sapna Gill’s criticism learn.

Mumbai Airport Police Station is but to transform Sapna Gill’s criticism into an FIR.
