Rituraj Sharma also scored 60 runs not out off 26 balls and Akshay Dubey added 44 runs off 26 balls, setting a target of 225/2. Kanpur Superstars struggled and could not keep up, with captain Sameer Rizvi top-scoring with 45 runs. Meerut Mavericks won comfortably by 86 runs.
