The Barbados Royals, batting first in the 16th match of the CPL 2025, scored 178 runs while losing 6 wickets in their 20 overs. Sherfane Rutherford led the scoring with 45 runs, followed by Kadeem Alleyne with 41, and captain Rovman Powell with 31. The Knight Riders saw Mohammad Amir take two wickets and Andre Russell claim three.

Munro’s form this season has been exceptional, as he currently leads the run-scoring charts with 283 runs from five matches, averaging an impressive 56.60. He previously scored a match-winning 120 against the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. The victory over the Barbados Royals sealed the Knight Riders’ hat-trick.
