The Asia Cup will be held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Pakistan will participate in a tri-series against Afghanistan and UAE before the tournament. Salman Ali Agha has been appointed as the captain of the Pakistan team for the Asia Cup. Pakistan is in Group A with India, Oman, and UAE. The first match is against Oman on September 12th, followed by a match against India on September 14th, and a match against UAE on September 17th.
