Weather of MP: 3 monsoon systems active in MP, yellow alert for rain in 5 divisions including Sagar-Rewa in next 48 hours

Naiduniya Representative, Bhopal: Due to the effect of weather systems formed at different places, the process of moisture coming continues. According to meteorologists, due to the effect of weather systems, there is a possibility of moderate rainfall in some districts of Gwalior, Chambal, Sagar, Rewa, Jabalpur, Shahdol divisions.

Light rain may occur at some places in the districts of Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain and Narmadapuram division. On Tuesday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Shivpuri received 12 mm rainfall, Gwalior received 9 mm rainfall, Narmadapuram and Satna received 6 mm rainfall, Khajuraho received 4 mm rainfall, Betul received 1 mm rainfall and Dhar received 0.3 mm rainfall.

Monsoon is active

According to the information received from the Meteorological Center, currently the monsoon trough is going to the Bay of Bengal via Sri Ganganagar, Narnaul, Churk, Jamshedpur, Digha. A cyclone is formed in the upper part of the air over eastern Rajasthan.

A trough line has formed from this cyclone to southern Uttar Pradesh, southern Bihar and the Gangetic region of West Bengal up to Bangladesh. A cyclone has formed in the upper part of the air over western Bangladesh as well. A cyclone has formed in the upper part of the air over south-eastern Pakistan and adjoining Rajasthan and also over Gujarat.

Intermittent rain in the state

Former senior meteorologist of Meteorological Centre, Ajay Shukla said that due to the effect of these weather systems formed at different places, it is raining intermittently in the state. On Wednesday, there is a possibility of moderate rainfall in some districts of Gwalior, Chambal, Sagar, Rewa, Jabalpur, Shahdol division.

Apart from this, there may be light rain at some places in the districts of Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain and Narmadapuram division. Although there will be some sunshine in between, but due to high humidity in the atmosphere, light showers will also continue to occur when the temperature rises.
