A disturbing event occurred in Saran, Bihar, where a man attacked and injured eight individuals with a knife. The victims included men, women, and children. The attacker was subsequently beaten by an angry mob and later died from injuries sustained during the confrontation. The incident took place in Dee Chhapra village, within the jurisdiction of the Tariya police station. After the attack, the local police immediately transported the wounded to a nearby hospital. Several of the injured, including young children, were referred to the PMCH for further treatment. The SSP of Saran, Kumar Ashish, also visited the location and the hospital to assess the situation and supervise the response. The attacker was identified as Bittu Tiwari from the Mashrakh area. Authorities are investigating the motive behind the attacks.
