In a tragic event, a young doctor, Dr. Joshua Samraj, was found dead in a vehicle near Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. The police are investigating the death, with initial findings suggesting suicide. The doctor, who was a postgraduate medical student from Salem and working in Madurai, appeared to have administered IV fluids to himself. A suicide note was recovered, in which he apologized to his family but did not provide a reason for his actions. The police report that he may have been encountering financial difficulties. His family has also indicated that he was struggling with problems in a personal relationship. The body was discovered after villagers noticed the car had remained in the same spot for several days. The police have registered a case and will determine the exact cause of death following a post-mortem examination. The incident highlights the importance of mental health awareness and support for young professionals, especially those in the medical field.
