The second a part of the Budget session of Parliament is about to start from Monday however its length is prone to be curtailed as most prime politicians can be busy campaigning for meeting polls going down in March-April. Part two of the session is going down at a time when political events have their deal with elections in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Kerala and Puducherry.
