In a TV-9 Digital meeting held in Gaya, Ritesh Pandey, a Bhojpuri singer and leader of the Jan Suraj Party, discussed questions about Tejashwi Yadav’s education. The inquiry followed Prashant Kishor’s ongoing comments about Yadav’s academic background. Pandey questioned the idea that a degree is a requirement for leadership. When asked about his own education, Pandey stated that he is 12th-grade passed and has a graduate degree in music. The conversation also touched upon the recent scrutiny of Prashant Kishor’s qualifications. Pandey suggested that if Kishor does not agree with the statements about failing ninth grade, he should provide his 10th-grade certificate. He also encouraged the media to inquire about Kishor’s degree.
When asked about Prashant Kishor’s references to Tejashwi Yadav as a ninth-grade failure and its relevance to politics, Pandey replied that Kishor should answer this question directly. Pandey illustrated his point using the flooding in Raghopur, where people were suffering in waist-deep water, and contrasted this with reports of Tejashwi Yadav’s private jet celebration. He emphasized the importance of leaders visiting areas they are responsible for during times of crisis. Pandey noted that some leaders only do aerial surveys while Kishor immerses himself in the issues, adding that Prashant Kishor is working harder than any other leader in Bihar and has addressed all allegations against him.
