Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura on September 22, 2025. The Prime Minister is scheduled to launch a series of development projects in Itanagar, totaling over Rs 5,100 crore, and will speak to the assembled audience. The visit will include the commencement of construction for two major hydropower projects within the Siyom sub-basin: the Heo Hydro Electric Project (240 MW) and the Tato-I Hydro Electric Project (186 MW). Moreover, PM Modi will launch the newly constructed convention center in Tawang. The visit also involves the launch of key infrastructure projects across various sectors, with a budget of more than Rs 1,290 crore. Following Arunachal Pradesh, the Prime Minister will travel to Tripura to inaugurate the developmental work at the ‘Mata Tripura Sundari Temple Complex’ in Matabari.
