Pandits focused once more: militants launch 56 names

SRINAGAR:  The worry psychosis has gripped the PM package deal Pandit staff in Jammu and Kashmir after militants issued a web-based menace to them and launched the names of a minimum of 56 Pandit staff together with the locations of their posting.

Rubon Saproo president of All Migrant Displaced Employees Association Kashmir (AMDEAK) instructed this newspaper that worry has gripped Pandit staff after the militant menace and warning. The weblog, based on police, is being run by the Lashkar-e-Taiba militants. The militants within the on-line menace launched a listing of 56 Kashmiri Pandits staff together with their locations of postings. “This is but a small list of migrant Kashmiri Pandits, who have been provided employment under the PM scheme,” claimed the militants and warned of assaults.

Saproo stated launch of names of 56 Pandit staff by militants is a matter of significant concern and the federal government ought to probe how militants received particulars of the Pandit staff serving within the Valley.  “The employees named in the list are very scared. Everybody is in fear,” he stated including, “Our fear has increased after the treat”.

About 5,000 Pandit staff recruited below PM’s job package deal since 2010 and posted in Valley have been on strike and never attending their official duties since May 12, when a Pandit worker Rahul Bhat was shot useless by militants inside Tehsil Office in Chadoora in central Kashmir’s Budgam district. 
Since then two extra Pandits have been killed by militants within the Valley.
