‘Not sad’ over Supriya, Praful’s appointment as new NCP working presidents: Ajit Pawar

PUNE: Nationalist Congress Party chief Ajit Pawar on Saturday debunked media studies that he was sad after Supriya Sule and Praful Patel have been made working presidents of the outfit and he was not given any function within the Sharad Pawar-led social gathering.
In an occasion in Delhi earlier within the day to mark the twenty fourth anniversary of the founding of the NCP, Sharad Pawar declared Patel and Sule working presidents of the social gathering, marking a generational shift within the organisation.
Talking to reporters right here, Ajit Pawar stated, “Some media channels ran stories that Ajit Pawar did not get any responsibility, I would like to tell them that I have the responsibility of leader of opposition in Maharashtra.”
Asserting that he was energetic in state politics by alternative, the previous state deputy chief minister stated, “For the past several years, Supriya is in Delhi. I am active in state politics. I have the responsibility of the state since I am the leader of opposition.”
