The government aims to support research and innovation to provide affordable electricity to farmers and the general public using solar and other renewable sources.
Dr. Yadav made these comments during a meeting with Clay Stranger, Vice President of the Secca Climate Foundation, and Mohit Bhargav, Senior Advisor of the India Energy and Climate Center (IECC) at the University of California, Berkeley, at the ministry.
