In a separate occurrence, a Saudia Airlines flight, carrying around 250 Hajj pilgrims, experienced a technical issue upon landing at Lucknow Airport on Sunday. The problem involved the landing gear, with airport officials reporting smoke and sparks emanating from a wheel after the plane landed. Flight SV 3112 had taken off from Jeddah at 10:45 PM on Saturday and landed at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow at approximately 6:30 AM on Sunday. The pilot immediately informed Air Traffic Control (ATC), and the aircraft was subsequently moved to a taxiway. All passengers were safely evacuated, and the emergency response team promptly extinguished the sparks within 20 minutes.
