The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued alerts for heavy rainfall in Delhi over the next three days. The city saw dark skies and light to moderate rain on Saturday evening. The IMD has issued orange and yellow alerts for several areas in the Delhi-NCR region. Safdarjung recorded 12.9 mm of rain, with similar rainfall in other parts of the city. The maximum temperature was 34.8 degrees Celsius. The IMD has also issued alerts for Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan. Uttar Pradesh is expected to have light to moderate rainfall for the next week. Rajasthan is experiencing monsoon rains with expectations of above-average rainfall in the coming weeks. Jharkhand is under a yellow alert for heavy rainfall between July 13 and 15.
