Three youths were killed and two women sustained critical injuries in a road accident in Giridih district. The accident occurred on the Benagabad-Giridih main road near Damodardih when a truck hit a Swift car. The driver of the truck fled after the accident, leaving the vehicle at a petrol pump. Police were notified and have initiated an investigation into the fatal crash. The injured were taken to Sadar Hospital. The victims were returning from a religious function.
