Jamshedpur: Chief Minister Hemant Soren and MLA Kalpana Soren attended the “memorial feast” held for Ramdas Soren, former Minister of School Education and Literacy, at his residence in Ghodabanda, Jamshedpur, on Friday. They offered floral tributes at a photograph of the deceased. The Chief Minister also spent time with the bereaved family, offering his sincere condolences. He prayed for the peace of the departed soul and for the family to find strength during this difficult time. Hemant Soren and MLA Kalpana Soren met with Ramdas Soren’s wife, Surajmani Soren, his son Somesh Chandra Soren, and other family members, providing comfort and support.

Addressing the media, Chief Minister Hemant Soren shared that they were at Ramdas Soren’s residence. He acknowledged that Ramdas Soren’s passing came shortly after the death of Guruji, noting that the loss of both figures was an irreparable one. The Chief Minister acknowledged the presence of numerous well-wishers and relatives from across the state who came to offer their respects to Ramdas Soren. He concluded by offering his tribute.
