The Ranchi police are investigating the apparent suicide of a jawan from the Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP-2) unit. The deceased has been identified as Shiv Poojan Rajwar, who was found hanging in the Kute area’s displaced building on Thursday morning. Rajwar, who belonged to Petarwar in Bokaro, was discovered by colleagues, prompting an immediate call to the Jagannathpur police. Officers arrived swiftly at the scene and have commenced a detailed investigation. The body has been transported for a post-mortem examination to ascertain the exact cause of death. Senior officials, including City SP Paras Rana and the forensic team, are actively involved in examining the site for any leads or evidence that could shed light on the jawan’s death. The reasons for the suicide are presently unknown.
